Terms of Service

Do:

  • OC & Yume

  • NSFW (Adult character only)

  • Gore

  • Mecha

  • Human character in general (kemonomimi, ect is OK)

  • GL, BL, Straight ship, Any ship in general :)

Don't:

  • Hardcore NSFW

  • Furry

  • Any illustration request outside my art style

General Terms

  • Clients must provide clear references and descriptions.

  • I retain the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio and social media unless agreed otherwise.

  • The artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

Pricing & Payments

  • Payments are accepted via Paypal, Ko-fi (USD) & Bank transfer, e-wallet, Qris (IDR)

  • A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required after the sketch is finalized and approved.

  • The remaining payment must be paid before final delivery of completed work

Revisions

  • No revisions are allowed after final delivery unless otherwise discussed.

Deadline

  • Commission are typically completed within 4-14 days after final sketch agreement (depends on the complexity of the artwork)

  • Rush orders are available for additional USD 5/ IDR 20k

  • Any delays will be communicated promptly

Usage Rights

  • Personal Use: Clients can use the artwork for personal icons, wallpapers, or prints (not for profit)

  • Clients must purchase a commercial license for business use (branding, merchandise, books, ads, etc.).

  • The commercial use fee is 1.5x base price for non-exclusive license* and 3x base price for exclusive license**

  • I retain copyright unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

  • The client CANNOT resell, modify, claim as their own, or use the artwork for AI, NFTs, or crypto-related purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The 50 % upfront payment is not refundable upon cancellation

  • No refunds after the final version has been delivered.

  • If I cancel the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

*Both me and the client are allowed to use the artwork for commercial use (I can reuse or resell)
** Client is the sole owner of the artwork’s commercial rights. I only allowed to use the artwork in personal portfolio and social media postText
